Are you the cream of the crop? Do you enjoy a challenge? At Residex, we're always looking for highly-skilled people to help our research and development team with various projects.
At Residex, our R & D team is instrumental to our business by bringing solid statistical and programming skills to bear on the data collection, sorting and analysis process.
While we have no full-time work available at present, we are keen to employ talented people for occasional freelance/short-term projects, which would ideally suit a university student looking for hands-on experience in a statistical environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Distinction average in a quantitative degree (mathematics, statistics, engineering,etc.) or a distinction average so far if the candidate is still completing their degree.
- Ability to explain technical ideas to laypeople.
- Ability to teach themselves and learn quickly.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
Ideal, but not necessary:
- Programming experience (especially Visual Basic, Visual C++)
- Writing ability
