What's in it?

In addition to providing a full sales history for the property in question (if held) and other comparable property sales in the general area, the Property Explorer Report contains; predictions about growth, rent yields, interest rates and inflation together with historical property trends and demographics. Additionally, the report contains test values for you to use to help identify a correct price and a help section to make sure you get from the report maximum benefit. Remember profits are made at purchase when you purchase at or below value.

Price: $65

Note: We will reduce the price by $10 if in the purchase process of buying the report we discover that we do not have a historical sale price for the property.

These reports are available for Australia wide.

Attribute Counts - Where we have it, we provide bedroom, bathroom and garage counts. Where we have not collected this information we provide a statistical estimate of the counts. Residex has been collecting this information for more than 15 years (probably longer than any other party) and hence it usually will be able to provided.

Land Sizes - We generally hold this information for all properties and will display. However, we do not display the land content for units. Where possible, we try to include land sizes, however, we cannot guarantee this information.

Privacy - Due to Victorian privacy legislation, Residex cannot provide the historical sale price or the sale date for any Victorian properties listed in any report it releases. However, in an attempt to overcome this problem Residex does provide the complete addresses, the quarter in which a property was sold and the current day values for all properties listed as sold in any Victorian report. This makes the Residex Postcode Explorer the most comprehensive set of sales data you can get on a postcode in Victoria.
